The Consumer Helpline Sales Academy: “Ready – Steady – Go”

Week 1: During this week we offer all new recruits an insight into the energy industry, psychology of sales, induction into The Consumer Helpline and our partners and team building exercises.

Week 2 & 3 are a chance for new recruits to test the newly learnt skills with customer and use this time to improve techniques and build confidence dealing with objections.
Week 4 to 6 is a chance for new recruits to practice newly developed skills and build up the confidence to close sales and start to hit desired targets and earn sales bonus.
In weeks 7 – 10 the new recruits will start to build up to senior sales targets with the aim of graduating onto our core teams.
